With you in mind we decided to put a little twist on the gym setting to make sure the equipment is tough, the workouts tougher, and that you're the best version of yourself:

  • State of the art B&O sound system.
  • Lounge area, kids area for those Mums and Dads on the go, and puppy area (coming soon).
  • 3 kinds of classes.
  • Open Gym 7 Days. For those that can't schedule in classes we offer training programs on your own time.
  • Personal Training for those who need the extra push or want that 1:1, 2:1 personalisation.
  • We encourage you to bring friends and work colleagues, a bit of spicy competition and accountability means you stay on track. We guarantee you'll feel at home with our crew.

People come to us because we ask the hard and often uncomfortable questions. Why are you working your current job? Why do you eat poorly? Why do you feel you 'NEED' a drink on Friday? Why don't you WANT more from life? Why is everyday not seized as a chance to get better but left as a day ticking over until the weekend? We don't need to take your money and preach perfection with chicken and broccoli and smash you with workouts everyday. That's not sustainable. We need to you to understand your WHY. People would rather not try and not risk failure than try/fail/learn and try again.

When we opened this gym we wanted to be sure to focus on three things:

    Classes run 7 days per week because we know not everyone has the same timetable.

    Mixed and varied week by week to allow you to get fitter, stronger, and to look better naked. This variety covers all aspects of fitness from strength and cardio, to resistance and stretching. It's never boring and always challenging.

    Fitter, stronger, faster, lighter, bigger. We help you find your goals/passions and guide you to get there. With 9 years in the industry and 1000s of clients, Matty has you covered. Some clients have lost over 50kgs and others now deadlift 2x their body weight. Results are key!

    Do it your way - on your time. With a coach always on hand for hints/tips and a spot if you need it. Pre workout coffee, post workout smoothie, a play with the puppies, what more could you ask for?

    Head coach Matty is in his 9th year of coaching and lives in HQ with his 2 pooches (Indiana 2, Hunter 1) who you'll see / hear around the gym. The real boss, Alida, is behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly. The family is here to help you on your journey wherever it is you want to go.
